Transitional Phase

It’s Time to Energy Boost!

When you reach your goal, you’ll move to the Transition Phase by adding “Energy Boosters” to add calories to your plan and move out of ketosis. Energy Boosters are 200 calorie boosts made up of a serving of carbohydrates and a serving of (healthy) fat.
